On Monday, the 1000-lb. Sisters star posted the new photos of herself, her sister Amy Slaton, 36, and a friend to Instagram.
Tammy, 37, captioned the social media post, “If I could turn back on and find a way, I’d go back yesterday because we had a blast can’t wait to hang out again.”
The snapshots showed the reality TV star posing inside what appeared to be a bookstore or library with her younger sister, and Influencer Haley Michelle.
Tammy donned a camo-print jacket over a low-cut, grayish-green dress.
Its plunging neckline flaunted the TLC star’s trimmer-than-ever figure, including her thin neck, exposed shoulders, and protruding collarbone.
Amy sported a bright red overcoat and Nikes as she posed beside her slimmed-down sister.
She also posted photos of the trio, captioned “Paranormal princess,” on her Instagram account.
In the comment section of both posts, fans heaped praise on Tammy and her major weight loss.
One fan wrote, “I’m so darn proud of Tammy. Lookat her!!”

In the brief clip, the trio strutted down the stone staircase of a brick-walled building.
Tammy showed off her shorter hairdo as she donned an all-gray ensemble.
She also teased the tattoo on her bare chest as she moved around without her wheelchair.
Amy stood out with her bright red trench coat and blue hair.
Over the weekend, Tammy’s sister displayed the same outfit on her feed.
Haley – dressed in black – walked behind the sisterly duo and followed them into the lot.
“Tammy and Amy are queens,” she captioned the post.
The Kaleo song, Way Down We Go, played in the background.
LOSING WEIGHT
Haley’s video came after the 1000-lb. Sisters have been on their weight loss journey.
Tammy is currently down to around 300 pounds after peaking at 717 pounds before she qualified for bariatric surgery in 2022.
In mid-July 2023, the U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the star dropped about 400 pounds during her weight loss journey.
“Tammy thought she weighed 370 pounds,” the insider close to the reality star shared.
“Tammy went to a rehab center last Thursday and got weighed. She actually lost more than she had thought.
“She’s down to 334 and doing awesome.”
The source claimed Tammy has not relapsed since exiting rehab last year.
In September 2023, Tammy weighed about 30 pounds heavier than her 35-year-old sister, The U.S. Sun learned.
“Tammy weighs only 30 pounds more than Amy right now,” another insider revealed to The Sun.
“It’s hard for Amy to focus on herself as she’s taking care of the two kids.”
Amy shares her little ones: Gage, 3, and Glenn, 1, with her ex-husband, Michael Halterman, 40.
