Many fans were devastated by the end of Big Ed and Liz’s relationship during the latest season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Big Ed called off his wedding with Liz after an argument about his taco pasta being too spicy for her daughter. He left the next day without his fiancé’s knowledge and told the organizers that he was canceling their big day. Liz broke into tears when she learned about what Big Ed did. But it also made her realize that she couldn’t have a future with Big Ed.

Big Ed recently had an interview where he opened up about one of his unforgettable moments with Rose. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, it was during his time in the Philippines to be with Rose for the first time. He recalled the moment he took a shower with Rose’s father and an uninvited creature, a large rat. Big Ed can’t forget how Rose Vega laughed so hard during the scene. “Probably the funniest part of this scene, believe it or not, was how much enjoyment Rose was getting from watching me suffer,” he said.

Big Ed later detailed the moment he saw the rat. He asked Rose about it, and he was shocked by her response. “And I even asked Rose, I go, ‘Is that a rat?’ She goes, It’s a mouse. She thought it was a mouse! I’m like, ‘Holy s**t, if that’s a mouse, we’re screwed.” he added. Big Ed explained it as the “strangest” situation of the entire season, but he also believes that it’s the most iconic one.

Rose is now living a life far from what she used to be. She was able to move her family to a bigger and better house. The 90 Day Fiance star has also thrived as a vlogger and social media influencer.
