Loren Goldstone Brovarnik is a busy mother of three. Her eldest son, Shai Brovrnik, recently turned three years old. She gets emotional thinking about her little ones growing up. But now that they are getting older, she thinks it’s time to start working on herself.
The 90 Day Fiance reality star has been on a health kick. She has dropped a noticeable amount of weight since giving birth to her daughter Ariel Brovarnik. She reveals that her weight loss is due to eating healthy food. But that’s not the only thing she is doing to slim down.
Loren recently started going back to the gym. It was her first time going back in over a year. She felt “so sore” after her workout. However, working out made her feel good. She explained that she is losing weight by eating healthy and working out. She said it’s a “lifestyle change.”
Loren Blames Alexei Brovarnik for Injury
Loren’s choice of gym shoes caught people’s attention. She explained that she wore slippers to the gym because she thought she had broken her toe. However, she didn’t want to miss her workout session. So, she put on whatever shoes didn’t hurt her toe.
She even brought her daughter along with her to the gym. Nothing was going to stop her from working out.
However, the 90 Day Fiance cast member doesn’t know if she broke her toe. She just knows that it’s blue, and it hurts. She also isn’t able to bend it. It even took her five minutes to put a sock on it.
The TLC star blamed Alexei Brovarnik for the injury. She explained that she had tripped over one of his sneakers. However, her husband doesn’t understand how his sneaker hurt her. He said that it was just a sneaker and not a brick wall.
However, Loren won’t be mad at Alexei for long. The two will be going on a cruise in less than a month. And they can’t wait to be out on the ocean. But will they be bringing their three kids with them — or is it a mommy and daddy vacation?

The 90 Day Fiance castmate knows that she has two options when it comes to picking what shoes to wear. She explained that she could “suck it up” and wear the heels. However, she also doesn’t know if she should wear more comfortable shoes and completely change her outfit. And it’s all because of a bruised toe.
