Around two months ago, 90 Day Fiancé star Michael Ilesanmi left his abusive American wife, Angela Deem. The couple’s split and public off-screen drama spoiled their storyline on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After season 8. As a result, the TV network cut 80% of their scenes from the show.
While Michael is trying to live his life peacefully after seven years of being in an abusive relationship, Angela has been fuming with anger and resentment toward her estranged husband. The 59-year-old went live on social media multiple times while she was under the influence. She kept bashing her husband, Michael, the show’s fans, and even online bullied and threatened fellow cast members who showed their support for Michael by following his newly created social media pages.
Angela Deem worked as a nursing assistant before launching her reality TV career. Over the past five years, she has transitioned into a full-time reality TV star and social media influencer, earning a decent income from these pursuits. However, in 2024, Angela’s earnings took a significant hit when TLC cut most of her scenes from the new season of Happily Ever After. Additionally, her husband’s decision to create his personal social media accounts and cameo page has further exacerbated the situation.
Celebrity blogger John Yates revealed earlier that Michael Ilesanmi has been in contact with the Nigerian community in the United States since he was in Nigeria. He also confirmed that Michael’s Nigerian American friends and his new partner collaborated to plan and organize his escape from Angela’s home in Georgia.
