1000 Lb Sisters: Tammy Hopped On To Another TLC Star’s Livestream
Tammy usually does some duets with her fans. But her usual uploads are just solo, with the occasional bursts of her other family members. She likes to reveal her quirky and cheerful side to her fans on social media. But this time, she decided to join another TLC star and gave the fans a new crossover.
Besides the 1000 Lb Sisters star, another TLC star loves social media live streams. Meghan from 1000 Lb Best Friends is often hosting live streams. The fans also love to chat and interact with her on these. But this time, they were in for a big surprise. Meghan was doing one of her live streams again when Tammy joined the chat. She dropped a message to Meghan. The latter noticed it, but she wasn’t sure it was the TLC star.
Regardless, Meghan invited Tammy to join the livestream. It soon became a surprising and joyful occasion for the fans as the real Tammy Slaton joined the live stream. Meghan was all star-struck and told Tammy how she “used to watch” Tammy during her YouTube days. She also said that the Slaton sisters were a big inspiration for her. It had been a really dark time for Meghan, so the star was “grateful” for Tammy and Amy.
Tammy also understood Meghan’s emotions. Meghan told the 1000 Lb Sisters star how she inspired her and other women who were “that size.” Both women have had their own health and weight struggles. So Tammy understood why representation was important for Meghan. The latter also said that though many people believed Tammy couldn’t lose weight, Meghan had full faith in Tammy.

Meghan and Tammy are both TLC stars. But that isn’t where the similarities end. They are also women who have weight and related health issues. In fact, they are both on shows where they are trying to get fitter i.e., 1000 Lb Sisters and 1000 Lb Best Friends.
Tammy is on 1000 Lb Sisters and recently lost 400 lbs. She might also be gearing up for skin removal surgery. Then there is Meghan, a part of 1000 Lb Best Friends. She revealed she wasn’t gaining weight again. Both women also discussed bariatric surgeries on the live stream.
It shouldn’t be surprising that the stream was almost six hours long. Both stars entertained the fans and had a meaningful conversation about weight loss. It seems like both women might become good friends in the future.
