As per Liz, she was on “antidepressants,” because of which she gained  “a ton of weight.” She explained how she has finally “stopped” taking them and has been doing a lot of “cardio.” Woods revealed that she likes “running” and tends to watch Netflix shows on her “elliptical.” Hence, she tries her best to “only” watch shows during her “simple cardio” sessions.
